Jan 21, 2004 Hazy golden body topped by a fairly large white head. Aroma is mild sweet, grassy, light bready. Taste is medium sweet, lemon, some bread, light grassy. Watery light body with minimal carbonation.

Jul 7, 2004 Hazy blond color. Just a bit smoother than the unfiltered Pils; otherwise ordinary. Quite bitter, but shorter finish.

May 2, 2007 Bottle sampled on 1/20/07: Pours a hazy golden bronze with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly floral Hallertauer hops with some sweet Munich malt. Body starts faintly sweet and pale malty with a nice hop bitterness for balance. A very drinkable and interesting brew.

Feb 8, 2004 Crystal clear, yellow lager with a medium-sized, fluffy, white head. Good retention; excellent lacework.
The nose is of butterscotch and straw. Well-balanced flavor with notes of clover and lemon peel. Light-bodied with a watery mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Short, clean finish.
