Bottle poured to glass. Pours a deep amber color with a small white head. Rich heavily toasted malt aroma and flavor with hops to balance. A bit of alcohol taste in the flavor and palate.

Quite a bit better than I expected. I picked this up at the grocery store in Vienna, and it had a sweet nose that did not inspire immediate confidence. The flavor was far better though: smoky honey cream against a malty, warming alcohol base.

Bottle brown, 330 ml, 23 P
Appearance: Pours bright orangy golden to amber body colour, body texture is clear, carbonation of the body is quite lively. Head is frothy, quite pillowy, initially big and than slowly decreasing to small, there is a thin lacing.
Aroma: Sweet, heavy, malty and with decent alcoholic factor denoting strong beer, much more alcoholic than for example ’Zywiec Porter’. Some notes of dull chalkyness and notes of slightly rotten or overriped white wine grapes and red apples. I don’t like it very much in terms of its heavyness and strong alcohol.
Flavour: Tastes the same like Polosh version of poor quality European Strong Lager being on the verge of a Malt Liquor. What is yet interesting is the alcoholic warmth on palate but nothing extraordinary here. No complexity in flavour. Poor hoppyness, water seems very soft what is yet antoher positive accent. Finish duration is long. Syrupy - medicinal taste.
Palate: Body is full, texture is syrupy, carbonation on palate is soft to medium, finish feel is heavy sweet and heavy alcoholic.

Draught, Golden blond coloured beer with some very light carbonation and a small white head. Light sweet alcoholic creamy aroma. Full palate, creamy touched. Finish is alcoholic warming, strong malty touched. Not bad this one.

Clear golden color, bubbly off-white head. Sweet, grainy, malty and alcohol scent. A bit lactic also. Sweet, malty, metallic but mostly dominating alcohol taste. Also lactic and some smoke, phenoles. Smooth mouthfeel, low bitterness.
