Ungstrup (11692), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 1, 2005 A hazy dark amber beer with a disappearing head. The aroma is sweet hoppy with notes of honey and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, hops, and honey. yespr (7785), Copenhagen O, Denmark May 2, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden brown with a diminished head. Earthy and malt aroma. Flavour is sweet malty with a light sugarish and caramel malt flavour mix. Ends medium sweet and with a light caramel malt note. Terrible aroma, yet decent flavour. oh6gdx (6460), Vaasa, Finland Sep 28, 2008 Bottled@Fonefan. Orange colour, mediumsized beige creamy head. Aroma is hops, malts and some mild hints of wood. Flavour is caramel malts, some grass, wood and dark riped fruits. Probably some slight honeyish notes that are making it so sticky sweet. MiP (6323), Flensburg, Germany May 11, 2008 Bottle, 5.4%. Sweaty, burnt aroma. Clear amber colour. The flavour is quite sweet, from the honey, I guess. Also a little sweat notes. Could be worse. Honey aftertaste. MoritzF (4019), Ruhrpott, Germany Mar 15, 2007 (bottle) Clear, golden colour with a fluffy and persistent foamy, slightly off-white head. Sweet honey and chewy malt aroma with a toasty touch and a mellon-fruity touch.. Sweet flavour, cara-malty, honeyish taste with an underlying, well-balanced herbal note; medium bodied with a mild carbonation; finishes honey-like, sweet and dangerously pleasant-to-drink finish.
