Bottle. Red amber, golden cream. Full-bodied, berrylike base, light alcohol burn, almost glühwein-like. Herbal and citric notes, caramel, nuts. Very rich. Not bad at all.

Bottled 500ml. -from Biervana Munich. Amber coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, dried fruits in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, strong dried fruit and alcohol with notes of glue. Slightly syrupy. Also dried fruits and alcohol in the finish. Too fruity for my taste.

Tap @Black Door (thanks FatPhil for the haggling). Dark amber color. Medium size, white head, stays. Sour, malty, banana, wheat in aroma. Caramel, malty, banana, sweet, sour taste. Sour banana? in aftertaste. Flat. Heller bock? Weird one I’d say.

Keg@ Black Door. Mahogany color, thin off white head. Bready, some sulphur notes? Berries. Aroma not convincing. Flavor has bread, caramel, toffee notes. Not that easy to drink.

Woh, crazy banana and ester aroma. Nice deep caramel colour, brief head. Flat palate. Sweet caramel, toffee, banana. This says weizenbock more than anything else to me. inish is pure toffee. Kind of a mess, but my sweet tooth likes it.

Draught. Clear copper, small off-white head. Sweet fruity and bit vinous notes in aroma. Vibes of raisins in taste, some underlying green bitterness is present though. Not that complex, but quite pleasant one, considering the style. Sweet almondy nuttyness and bit of hard toffee notes in aftertaste.

Draught at the Praha, Tampere, Finland. Clear copper colour with a tiny off-white head. Sweetness, strong malt, banana and spices in the aroma. The flavour is mild bitterness, mild hops, sweetness, strong malt and some spices. Easy sweet Bock. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nett!

Pours a dark golden brown color with a thick off-white head. Aroma is sour malt, grass, corn, and caramel. The taste is actually pretty decent. It’s got a light biscuit, slightly malty, lager taste. Unfortunately there’s a pretty harsh metallic aftertaste. Decent, but I wouldn’t try to find it again.
