Commercial Description:

Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with a touch of caramel and honey. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt, leading to a bitter straw finish.

bottled, at cafe puschkin in leipzig. quite pale yellow, lasting white head, aroma of white grape and self-raising flour, light-bodied, mild bitterness. average for a german pils but pretty good for a bio bier

Bottle(purchased at the brewery): Golden, faint haze, very stable, very creamy lacing white head, sweet-grainy, also cardboardy nose with molecular grassy hops on the edges; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, a bit sourish, soft MF; lingering sweet-malty finish with some grassy hops in the aftertaste. Not great...

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big foamy white head. Grassy hoppy nose , slightly sweet and citrousy with a light malty background. Bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Hops accented, grassy taste, backed by mild grainy malt; moderately dry and bitter, grassy hoppy finish with a soft and light-sweet malty aftertaste.
