COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Clear, golden yellow body, slow effervescence, half inch of pure white head. Hints of fruit, yeast, bread. Simple, elegant, understated, lovely. Chuggable. A delicious and straightforward offering. Tasty!

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fully gone head. Mild citrusy fresh hops aroma. Mild sweet at first but with a solid citrusy fruity and bitter flavour taking over. Goes into a refreshing bitter and citrusy finish.

Bottle, 4.7%. Refreshing hay aroma. Clear pale golden colour, small stable white head. The flavour is nicely malty and dusty with a hint of fresh white bread. The bitterness has a little bite, slightly rough.

500 ml bottle. Thanks Timo A.
Pours a clear golden colour with a small white head. Aroma of grainy malts, grass and wet earth. Flavour of grainy malts, citrus, strong grassy hops and some weak herbal notes. Has that certain organic feeling. Light bodied, slick mouthfeel and a bitter, grassy finish. Good.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with a touch of caramel and honey. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt, leading to a bitter straw finish.

Bottle 50 cl. A clear yellow beer with a handsome white head. Clean malty nose with a whiff of flowery hops. Medium body, some maltiness but overwhelmingly dominated by a fairly dry hopping that leaves quite some bitterness. 291108

UPDATED: MAR 12, 2015 Flasche (50 cl) im „Exklusiv-Karton" per Post von der Brauerei. - Goldgelb, blank.
