Beer No. 15 on my tour through Austria, Germany and Denmark.
Bottled 500ml. -in small peculiar bar in little Bavarian town called Münchshof. Clear amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, caramellish nose. Sweet malty, caramel and dried fruits with not so pleasant metallic finish.

Bottled@Helsinki Beer Festival 2011. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some herbs as well as mild resiny notes. Flavour is fruits, wood, some earth, caramel and quite strong on the maltyness as well. Mild toasted notes. Balanced and quite nice.

It is dark brown with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, slightly sour, nuts and hints of chocolate. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of roasted malt, nuts and caramel. It ends dry with a touch of citrus.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a diminished white head. Roasted malty/breadish. Smooth breadish and roasted malty flavoured. Light bitterness mixed with a nice breadish flavour into the finish. Nice and smooth, medium dry.
