Bottle: Deep golden, big, firm off-white head; fruity-honeyish, a bit grainy nose; light sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; fruity traces, traces of acidity, too, in the honeyish finish. Disappointing, nevertheless not realy bad...............

(bottle, courtesy of Koelschtrinker) Clear, deep golden colour with a big and persistent, slightly off-white foamy head. Light-sweet cara-malty nose with notes of biscuits and herbal hops. Light-bitter flavour with a moderate malty sweetness; medium to full bodied with a soft carbonation. Malty sweetness shows up a bit towards the finish, which is furthermore biscuity and slightly hoppy. Not a perfect but likeable pale Bock (28.04.08).
