Ungstrup (11692), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 29, 2008 Bottled. A pale golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma is sweet eith prinary notes of straw. But also a touch of hops. The flavor is sweet malty with a touch of straw. The finish is mediium bitter. pivnizub (4007), Porúří, Germany Sep 2, 2007 Bottle: Pale golden, mid-sized, slowly collapsing white head; moderate sweet-grainy nose with a touch of boiled milk and traces of hops; light sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied as well; slightly sourish, but mainly grainy (barley) finish. Rather unspectacular, almost boring brew........ MoritzF (4019), Ruhrpott, Germany Jun 21, 2007 (bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a thick foamy white head. Grassy hop-aroma with strawy and grainy malt. Bitter flavour, but the taste has more malt-character and is mildly grainy with herbal, slightly grassy hops; the abv (4.3%) seems to be quite low but the brew is far away from being watery; quite carbonated mouthfeel, almost a bit fizzy towards the finish, which is moderately dry and hop-bitter with light-sweet grainy malt in the aftertaste. Hop-accented Helles.
