Nov 29, 2008 bottle from bierzwerg. Hazy golden colour, large white head. Pleasantly hoppy, malty, slightly yeasty with a shy fruity touch. A nice Zwickel.

Nov 29, 2008 Botled. A hazy golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and hops. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw and citrus, leading to a bitter finish.

Sep 2, 2007 Bottle (bought at the brewery): Pale golden, hazy, creamy, lacing, persistent white head, sticking to the glass; yeasty-hoppy, with a touch of band-aid (necrotic yeast?) , and fruity nose; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied ,soft MF; average bitter-sweet finish, a bit papery. Drinkable, but not really good........

Jun 21, 2007 (bottle) Hazy, yellow colour with a big foamy white head. Yeasty, grassy and hay-like hop-aroma with a whiff of citrus and a light-sweet and a bit perfumed malty background. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a pleasant, crispy carbonation. Yeasty and malty taste with soft but balancing hops; slightly bitter-hoppy and -yeasty finish. Likeable Zwickel.

Nov 19, 2003 Somewhat soapy bitterhop nose with a bit of bonusyeast.
Pale yellow and cloudy, low on carbonation, big frothy white head.
Tastenotes include sodalike sweet yeast, whitebread, some fruit (apples, avocados) and a bit bitterhops in the finish.
Medium body, fresh sparkling mouthfeel.
The yeast makes this beer seem a bit off - perhaps I should have let it settle a bit longer.
