the beer is only available in keg at the castle and some pubs around. it has got 5.5 %. cloudy honey colour. good and solid head. sour smell with aromes of apple pear. some malt. starts with low carbonation. sour and fruity. mid gets sweeter while sourness disappears. in the finish there are some hops but mainly the beer stays fruity and sour. long lasting.
