Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, grasy-malty, modest sourish. Finish more hoppy and drier. Could be more balanced, but still okay.

mile (3131) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUN 12, 2013
Bottle. Golden, small and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate malty - grainy and lightly sweetish aroma, faint grassy hoppyness. Medium, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish flavor and faint hoppyness. Finish is short to average, malty - grainy and dryish, light metal and faint grassy hoppyness. Dryish helles with light sharp metal - nothing wrong, nothing special.

It’s warm golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of bread, malt and fruit. The flavor is light to moderately sweet with notes of malt, grain/bread and fruit, and the finish is slightly dry.

Embrouille (2830) - SWITZERLAND - JUL 1, 2009
Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of joss. It pours a golden beer with a small quick diminishing fizzy head. Wax, grain, honey, breakfast cereal and a huge amount of chestnut and pear in the nose which is malt accentuated. Pleasant palate. Sweet taste with chestnut, grain, honey, breakfast cereal and wax appearing. Low bitterness. Poor lacework. Malty finish with a lovely clementine note. Interesting. Thanks a lot joss!
