(bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Almost clear, greenish golden colour with a foamy white medium-sized head. Slightly sweet grainy malt aroma, honey-fruity with light notes of herbal hops. Light-bitter flavour, light bodied with a soft carbonation. Light grainy, slightly chalcky taste with light to moderate herbal notes; dry and slightly bitter finish with a light hoppy touch. Okay.

Bottle (thanks to the Lake of Constance): Golden coloured, quite firm mid-sized head with a little lace; moderate sweetish-grainy and a bit grassy hoppy nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; soft, short bitter-sweet finish. O.K. Bier..........

bottle, bought at the brewery. Intensive hoppy nose. Well-balanced beer, hoppy and malty. Rather hoppy, but not bitter at all. Medium malty, not sweet; rather dry finish.
