Ein naturtrübes Lagerbier? Klingt merkwürdig, ist aber gelungen! Hefig im Aroma und lecker malzig im Geschmack. Gegen Ende kommt noch Hopfenherbe hinzu. Insgesamt sehr ordentliches Naturtrübes!

Bottle by 07.11.12. Cellary nose, light citrus, lightly hazy golden body with a rocky beige off-white head. Sweet, pleasant, and soft malt, a dash of flowers here, some bread over here, and then here some spice. Lots of citrus. Just a touch of warmth, clean and bright and hard to squeeze into a single style.

It’s warm yellow-golden with a dense, creamy, white head. The aroma has mild notes of malt, fruit and bread. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, bread, fruit, it’s well balanced and nice.

Bottle. Blonde, hazy. Hint of peach in the slightly floral aroma. Medium to full bodied. Peach and mango in the flavor. Pleasant.

Draught, München Airport T2, G, @ an organic fruit cafe. Comes as "Heinz vom Stein Lagerbier - Die wilden Bio". This is for sure a Zwicklbier! Hazy golden with a very nice dense white big head. Aroma is hoppy and bit malty. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is fresh with a pleasant maltiness, fruity hops and some sweetness. Good sweetish malty yeasty finish.

Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, modest turbid. Starts mild, modest malty-yeasty, some fruity hints. A little bit sourish. Finish well balanced. Nice.

Aroma maltato, con qualcosi di amido e patata bollita. Al gusto un’attacco dolce per poi evolversi in un leggero e rinfrescante amaro ai lati della lingua, a tratti acquosa. Domina il malto.

Bottle, 5.3%. 2 months past BB date. Weak yeasty aroma, hint of port. Cloudy yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour is mild, low bitterness. Good yeasty fruitiness. A little citrus in the finish. Still OK. Good mouthfeel.

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Yeasty, slightly doughy pale malty aroma with shy grainy spots and a tinge of citrus. Hoppy and yeasty bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a frizzante carbonation. Yeasty, pale malty taste with notes of grassy hops; bitter and mildly sweet finish with grassy and herbal hops. The taste is unfortunately not as promising as the aroma. 21.VII.12
