Pours brown with a thin white head. Aromas of caramel, bread, lightly fruity. This follows through on the taste with more maltiness than fruit though. Very clean, dry, balanced finish. Not bad.

Clear chesnut brown with a decent sized beige head.
Nose is dark malts, pinch of dark fruit, light toffee, a little thin.
Taste carries more depth, toffee fudge, dark malt, brown sugars.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, smooth on the palate.
Ok drinkable stuff but at the lower end of the Alt scale compared to the others we drank on this day.

On tap. Reddish orange body, off-white head. Both the aroma and flavor are toasty and caramelly, but the taste has some fruity, grassy hop notes in it even with a hint of roastyness. Finish is rather bitter. Nice one.

Smak och doft av humle, malt, jäst, med toner av karamell och örter. Brödig med lagom sötma. Liten beska.

Pours dark brown with medium head. Grassy aroma with notes of bread and herbs. Taste is smooth with hints of fruits and nuts. Well balanced and very enjoyable.

500ml bottle. Clear copper brown colour, foamy white head leaving alittle lacing and aroma is malty & some straw. Taste is sweet malt, caramel, slightly roasted & fruity with a dry tangy hop light bitterness, abit metallic. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry finish. OK.

On tap in Bochum. Dark amber color, good foam. Modum intensity maty aromas, ok fruitiness, some light roasted aromas. Medium body & complexity. Enjoyable

500ml bottle from Beer Hawk - Brown body with light brown head. Light malty roasty straw aroma, quite harmonic. Dry roasty caramel taste with chocolatey notes. Clean, sharpish mouthfeel. Very dry. Harmonic, but a bit lacking in complexity. Dry roasty hoppy aftertaste.

Poured out of a 500ml bottle, a thin head with a copper-brown complexion. Smooth with a mild fruity flavour with a nutty aftertaste. Not a particularly special beer but very drinkable.
