COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This sparkly and pleasantly piquant alkoholfree beer is valued by the sportsmen as an Isotonic drink. During the production, specially brewed Meister Pils is dealcoholised using a vacuum procedure. Other brewers use the brewing procedure of "stopped fermentation". One can differ Schmucker Alkoholfrie from the other similar beers with this.

This smells and looks like beer, but it doesn’t taste too much beer, esp. after the first sip. thefinish has a hint of dryness but mostly this is not good. It also a sweetness similar to some radlers.

Clear light yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, cabbage water, vegetable, cardboard. Bottled. A pale golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of cardboard and unfermented wort. The flavor is sweet with notes of metal, cardboard, straw, and unfermented wort, leading to a dry metallic finish. The body is light. Thanks fonefan for sharing.

Bottle. Subtle citric hop aroma. Clear pale yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour is citric from the hops, almost lemony. There is a bit of bread like many other Alkoholfreis.
