330 ml bottle.
Pours an unhazy, yellow colour with a large foamy head and some visible bubbles. Aroma of grainy malts with some wheat notes as well. Flavour of grainy malts, wheat, strong grassy hops and herbs. Medium bodied with a slick mouthfeel and a dry grassy finish. Quite good.

Jälkimaku on katkera hunajaisella vivahteella. Hiilihappoa on suhteellisen vähän. Olisiko hieman aliarvostettu olut, ainakin täällä?

Bottle [330ml]. Pours a slightly hazy, very bubbly, pale yellow-gold with a large semi-lasting rocky white head. Mild aroma is grainy, sweet and slightly vegetal along with light grassy hops and some honey -- just O.K at best. Flavour’s watery and not very flavourful and like the aroma it’s grainy and sweet along with light Noble hops, honey and a touch of fruit. Light bitter finish. Light bodied. It’s so light, average and watery that it definitely would’ve been better on a warm Summer day, right now, not so much. Just passable.

A drinkable but not so great German Pilsner. Lots of white foam on a very pale yellow body. Cheesy smell. Expires many months into the future. Highly carbonated and almost astringent also overpowers the fact that there is some malt here.

Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and lighter notes of straw. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of malt, but also lighter notes of straw and honey.

33 cl bottle, Mulmur, ON, Canada. Hazy straw colour, foamy head. Sweet and bright aroma. Soapy, then a bitter hit. Not much going on, but definitely drinkable.

Small 330ml bottle (thanks Cal) Pours a hazey light straw color with a linen white cap...modest retention and lace. Good nose for a Franconian Pils; rising biscuit dough over woody-twiggy leafy nobel hopping. Nice hop bite in the front recedes to let malts impart a permeating biscuit taste, balanced by herbal-earthy tones and a light musty undertone....clean, lightly dry finish with a light hop bite at the end. Nicely done organic unfiltered lager but muted....I suspect the export version is pasteurized for stability and that process removes a good deal of the natural taste of this beer (which is the whole point of producing an unfilterd beer). I’d like to try this on tap fresh.
