Bottle: Hazy, chestnut-amber coloured, big and slowly collapsing firm off-white head, dryish wheaty-caramelly nose with an Illusion of freshly ground coffee, supported by a slight acidity in the Background; moderate to solid sweet-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied and pretty soft; slightly tart, but mainly fruity-caramelly finish accompanied by a delicate sourish touch. Well quaffable stuff...

50cl bottle bb08/2014. Pours translucent mahogani with beautiful stable beige head. Mild and slightly watery, luckily preventing the roasted and browned banana aromas not to become too soggy or overpowering, alas offering little in return. Some apple compote, slight hoppy prickle and bread crust in the sloppy dry finish. Basically a mild baby porridge for grownups.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes braunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, würzig, fruchtig. Geschmack hefig fruchtig, würzig, Röstmalz.

Bottle 50cl from kevnic2008. A dark beer with good creamy head. Nose is nice on banana and light roasted notes. Aroma is very disappointing, very watery, low maltyn light roasted notes, light malty, dry, feeling of low alcohol, a poor dunkelweizen.

It’s unclear dark brown with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of slightly sour yeast, baking yeast, light caramel and wheat. The sweet flavor unfortunately also has rather sour yeast notes, caramel, light fruit and what, and the finish is slightly spicy. The body is fairly thin. The sourness does get milder after a while...

500 ml bottle, thanks Timo A. Pours a murky dark amber colour with a white head. Aroma of wheat, banana and some biscuit. Flavour of sweet caramel, wheat, banana, grass and some yeastiness. Medium bodied, thin mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Finishes dry and wheaty. Decent and quite basic really, but tasty.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Cloudy brown colour, creamy beige head. Wheaty and malty with a touch of yeast and roasetd malts and some shy fruity hints.

Bottle by 01.09.12. Dark, muddy nose, there’s some clear bubblegum shining out and some brooding yeast, maybe some low banana esters. Hazy gradient red-brown with a rocky, creamy, and most definitely jiggly beige head. Taste is dry with an emphasis on mineral and light red fruit, there’s an undercurrent of chocolate. Bananas are indeed here, perhaps growing to overtake the phenols alluded to in the nose, and yeast is a bit harsher and detracts. Crisp medium body, but low carbonation. Relatively bright and energetic but it feels like someone threw a handful of crayons into a box.
