(bottle) Cloudy, light-orange to golden colour with a big and slowly lacing foamy white head. Slightly sweet and sour wheat-malty aroma with notes of citrus, yeast and discreet spicy notes. Moderately sweet flavour with a light acidity, light to medium bodied with a moderate to slightly crispy carbonation. Soft wheaty and yeasty taste with notes of citrus, a tinge of banana and shy spices; rather dry wheaty and mildly sour-fruity finish with shy notes of cloves. Decent Hefeweizen. 15.XII.09

Bottle:Cloudy, golden to orangey coloured, lively carbonation with a medium-sized firm off-white head; solid sweetish citrus-fruity nose, combined with a liitle - yeasty and zesty - tartness; moderate sweetish-fruity flavour, soft MF, light to medium bodied; faint traces of hops and tart flavours in the sweet wheaty-fruity finish. Decent stuff.......
