Neutraler Geruch. Stark gehopft ist das Bier, im Mittelteil angenehm malzig und würzig, allerdings scheint hier, genau wie im Nachgeschmack, etwas zu fehlen. Das Bier ist mir besonders hier zu mild, die würzig herbe Holznote würde stärker wohl noch besser gefallen. Süffiges Bier zum nebenbei trinken.

Bottle. A soft smell of hops, a little bit malty. The white small fizzy-foamy head has a short duration, the body is pale orange. A light fruity taste (citrus), then malty with a light bitter finish. The body is light, dry and a little bit watery with a normal carbonation.

The beer in the glass is red-blonde, the head disappears quickly. The beer smells earthy malty, grainy, sweet and bready. It starts little recent, bready, grainy, sweet malty.. The aftertaste shows grainy-sweet, bready aroma again. The center part is a bit more hoppy harsh.

Pleasant, sweet malt aroma complemented by some citrus and floral hops as well as a touch of bread crust. Clear, dark gold under a lasting, lacy white flannel blanket. Spicy, bread crust malt flavour with a little cardboard and faint hops flavour. Balance is towards sweet, but there is still a dose of bitterness that comes in fairly early. Medium body, moderate carbonation, peppery cardboard finish.

Shared this one w/ SkyCop32. Picked up at Maruhn Getränke in Darmstadt. Pours a medium amber color. Aromas of roast malts, caramel, and a touch of spice(ginger?). Flavor has a nice smooth sweet roasted taste. A little bitter on the finish.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, sweet malt, citrus notes, limestone notes, cheap german candy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20091113]
