Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes kupferfarbenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hefig fruchtig, bananig, würzig. Geschmack stark hefig fruchtig, minimale Würze.

[Thanks to kevnic2008]. Bottle. Hazy brown colour with a white head with medium lasting and nice lacework. Aroma is malty, notes of yeast, wheat and marzipan. Flavor is miderate sweet, with a good maltiness, notes of yeast and slightly citrus; light banana is also present, plumbcake and marzipan. The final is light bittery, very fruity and moderate sweet with a good maltiness.

It’s unclear dark orange-golden with a huge, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of yeast, banana, fruit and wheat. The sweet flavor has notes of smooth and lovely yeast, fruit, banana, wheat and the finish is spicy - very lovely, but not a typical weizen bock - more like a really good hefe Weizen in a stronger version!

Etwas hefiger Antrunk, weich bananig-alkoholisch. Herber werdend, wenig aromatisch, einzig die Heftigkeit ist konstant. Hell malzig, wenig intensiver Ausklang. 11/10/10/8/9/9

Bottle: Deep golden, hazy, big and stable beaten-egg-white-like head, sourish-wheaty nose with lots of fruits and some honeyish malt; moderate sweet flavour, only subdued acidity detectable, medium bodied; slight traces of yeast in the sourish-wheaty and fruity finish. Pleasant Weizenbock, not too demanding...

500ml Bottle: BBD 27 June 2013. Poured into a HofBrau ’Munchner Kindl’ Weizen glass during my ’Drinking around Europe’ evening on 31st Dec 2012 (New Years Eve). Misty/cloudy light amber/orange body with a full white head to start with. The nose was a lovely mix of vanilla and banana esters along with a bready yeast smell. The taste followed very closely to the smells: wheaty flavours complimented those vanilla, banana and yeasts mentioned in the aroma. Really enjoyed this beer, it slotted in nicely as my wife and I drank our way through Europe.

Thanks to Gabriel for the bottle. Pours a hazy orangish yellow color with a nice off white head. Smell is banana, clove, yeast, bread and some bubblegum. Taste is wheat, banana, clove, yeast, finishing crisp and dry. A slick fairly lightly bodied beer with very nice carbonation. A nice treat, a very tasty Weizenbock.
