3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
It’s unclear dark orange-golden with a huge, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of yeast, banana, fruit and wheat. The sweet flavor has notes of smooth and lovely yeast, fruit, banana, wheat and the finish is spicy - very lovely, but not a typical weizen bock - more like a really good hefe Weizen in a stronger version!

Etwas hefiger Antrunk, weich bananig-alkoholisch. Herber werdend, wenig aromatisch, einzig die Heftigkeit ist konstant. Hell malzig, wenig intensiver Ausklang. 11/10/10/8/9/9

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: Deep golden, hazy, big and stable beaten-egg-white-like head, sourish-wheaty nose with lots of fruits and some honeyish malt; moderate sweet flavour, only subdued acidity detectable, medium bodied; slight traces of yeast in the sourish-wheaty and fruity finish. Pleasant Weizenbock, not too demanding...

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
500ml Bottle: BBD 27 June 2013. Poured into a HofBrau ’Munchner Kindl’ Weizen glass during my ’Drinking around Europe’ evening on 31st Dec 2012 (New Years Eve).
Misty/cloudy light amber/orange body with a full white head to start with.
The nose was a lovely mix of vanilla and banana esters along with a bready yeast smell.
The taste followed very closely to the smells: wheaty flavours complimented those vanilla, banana and yeasts mentioned in the aroma.
Really enjoyed this beer, it slotted in nicely as my wife and I drank our way through Europe.

Thanks to Gabriel for the bottle.
Pours a hazy orangish yellow color with a nice off white head. Smell is banana, clove, yeast, bread and some bubblegum. Taste is wheat, banana, clove, yeast, finishing crisp and dry. A slick fairly lightly bodied beer with very nice carbonation. A nice treat, a very tasty Weizenbock.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: Thanks Roman:
Medium creamy white head which changes fairly quick into a closed vaster equally divided lacing on top of a hazy yellow colored beer.
Smell lots of bananas, some yeast and wheat. Not much else, the bananas are dominating, but as a German beer can smell like bananas and not like those (Belgian) fruit beers.
Taste banana’s, peach, yeast, yeast spices, wheat, hay, grass, corn, bitter, some creamy herbs and hops. Pretty nice and surprising.
Aftertaste is a mix of hay, yeast, plant bitters, light creamy and some hop citrus ish tones.
Low carbo, mouthfeel which start light spicy and ends silky, good medium body and a creamy texture.
