From the Bottle. aroma of orange peal and dough like yeast, slightly spicy and floral. Orange peel, yeast and spice on the palate, complex but refreshing at the same time. Looks murky but tastes pretty good, clean finish with just a touch of alcohol coming through.

Bottled, 500ml from York Beer & Wine, York as Schneider & Brooklyner Hopfen-Weiss. Murky orange with slight head, despite a careful pour. Despite the looks, this had pieces of hop and yeast floating everywhere, the taste is still remarkably fresh. Lemony, citrusy, banana wheaty, yeasty flavour, there is a lot going on. Perhaps a touch sweet in the close, but good beer.
