Commercial Description:
This Beer is bottled in 500ml SCHNEIDER bottles.
This unique beer is the result of the long friendship of Schneider brewmaster Hans-Peter Drexler and Brooklyn brewmaster Garrett Oliver. The two brewmasters feel that Schneider & Brooklyner Hopfen-Weisse represents the quality, tradition and terroir of the Bavarian Hallertauer hop region paired with the innovation and creative energy for which Brooklyn is famous.

Dark, hazy, orange colour. Sweet citrusy aroma with strong hints of orange oil. Light texture, sweet on the tongue with lots of orange coming through which pairs well with the bitter (but fresh) hop finish.

Bottle. Pours solid looking beige with a dirt white head. Smells of weat and hops. Surprisingly big body. It has some dryness like white wine to it.

Bottle. Look: Hazy golden, creamy white head. Smell: Candy banana, orange, hops, wheat, dry white wine, vanilla. Taste: Wheat, honey, fruity (citrus), nice hop bitterness in aftertaste. Overall: Big body for a wheat beer. Refreshing and deep flavor.

Bottle shared with ArmEd. Aroma of bananas and vanilla offset with fruity hops - lemon and light hints of peach. Appearance is cloudy yellowish orange with a nice foamy head and decent lacing. Flavor is like a Weissbeir with a solid twist of hoppiness. Nice combination. Would love it if the ABV wasn’t quite so high.

On tap at In de Wildeman. Unclear yellow colour, white head. Aroma is of a typical Weizen with addition of strong hops: yeast, banana, wheat and citric menthol hoppiness. Flavour is ping-pong between banana sweetness and hoppy bitterness. Really interesting, but the flavours don’t blend in very well. Nevertheless, a thick and fullbodied beer with a good alcohol kick.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy slight orangey yellow with a medium white head and an aroma of caramel malts, amarillio hops and citrus. The flavour is a mostly citrus and hops with hints of caramel, salmiak, yeast, cream and coreander. A thickling hoppy bitter finish. Nice beer!

Pours a murky yellow-orange with good-sized head that fades to a thin layer. Aroma is very complex with orange, lemon, yeast, and hops. Smelled like a cup of OJ at first pour. Upon sipping, gives a nice mix of citrus and hoppiness. This beer was surprisingly complex but not overdone. I definitely enjoyed this one and wouldn’t hesitate to drink it again.
