Commercial Description:
This Beer is bottled in 500ml SCHNEIDER bottles.
This unique beer is the result of the long friendship of Schneider brewmaster Hans-Peter Drexler and Brooklyn brewmaster Garrett Oliver. The two brewmasters feel that Schneider & Brooklyner Hopfen-Weisse represents the quality, tradition and terroir of the Bavarian Hallertauer hop region paired with the innovation and creative energy for which Brooklyn is famous.

A very unique weizenbock. Cloudy as heck and near golden. Great blend of wheat and hops.

500 ml bottle. Murky, golden color with a large, fluffy white head. Aroma of honey, grass, and some hops. Flavor is nice and mellow. Some notes of wheat, with some peppery spices as a compliment. Finish is bready with some hop bite. Nice beer.

Hazy gold-orange with a nice fluffy white head. Nose has loads of wheat and citrus, but a nice sweet fruit to round it out, grape that reminds me of the Tsjeeses. Flavor is more bitter, peppery, and banana, notes of wheat and fruit through the moderate finish. A little over-carbonated for me, but this is definitely a special entry, especially that fruity nose.

500ml bottle pour into weizen glass. Schneider version. Pours dark gold with a huge head. Very cloudy once you swirl and pour. Aroma of banana, clove, citrus, and hop hop hop. Flavor is sweet and spicy, but hoppy and bitter at the end. Mouth is medium bodied, not noticing the alcohol too much. Finish is slightly dry and bitter.

"damn that filthy mexican banana!" ... pours with a medium airy white foamy head .. has a dark amber body with swirls of sand in the desert .. some yeats and honey in the nose, very wheaty too .. has a pretty big bitterness profile, and is very clean in the mouth, i like it .. why is this version $5 and the brooklyn version is $17 ??? ..boner ... great lacing too ... the abv seems perfect ... an imperial hefe, if you will ...

bottle, thanks to bu11zeye. Murky dark gold with a huge off white head. Nice hoppy, spicy aromas with tart wheat. Light body with a frothy mouthfeel. Good yeasty, spicy citrusy flavors with bready pale and tart wheat malts. Really enjoyed this one.

500 ml. Fizzy orange-golden with a lasting half-inch of creamy meringue. Aroma is clean, spicy clove, pineapple, wheat with lemon zest, evergreen resin and slight banana. Flavor is earth-spiced pineapple, orange-banana, and wheat with a large, hop-resin and citrus finish. Sugary frosting on the glass. Light-medium body is acidic, mostly smooth, and hop-dry on the finish.

Bottle. Pours a hazy gold, very thick and substantial off-white head. Aroma is wheat with touches of fruit and herbs. Flavor is again wheat and fruit, a little malt, no banana notes to speak of, which I was expecting. Dry and a little bitter on the finish.
