Mar 29, 2009 Hops abound from this brew. The scent is that of an IPA with lemon and peach. Cloudy tan with a medium long-term head the pine and citrus flavors are up front, thinning into lemon wheat with farm yeast throughout.
Reminds of a well hopped saison but with as definite touch of the unique.

Mar 28, 2009 Pours a think head that sticks around. A typical hefe weis aroma. Very strong hops flavor but surprisingly dosent drowned that wheat yeast flavor. I think hop heads will like this.

Mar 24, 2009 Pours hazy golden color with white head. Aromas of citrus, yeast and lots of hops. Hallertauer hop flavor with lemon and yeast and some biscuit. Very hoppy. Medium body with average carbonation.

Mar 11, 2009 Bottle. Hazy golden color, full white head. Citrusy, peppery hop aroma with distinct hefeweizen yeast and malt profile. Taste of Belgium yeast, very straight forward with the hop presence letting you know this is no ordinary hefe, with subtle malt creaminess that is biscuity and full. A great take on the style that i will continue to buy.

Mar 10, 2009 Pours hazy orange with a huge white head and lots of floaties, great retention and some lacing. Aroma has lots of orange and orange peel with some malty sweetness, flavour develops fermented orange pulp and spicy hops. Sweet finish, not particularly lasting, with some hop bitterness. Light mouthfeel, moderate carbo.

Mar 8, 2009 Murky orangy brown with a fizzy orange/white head that stands tall then collapses quickly. Lots of floatables make this light colored beer very murky. Aroma is bready and citrusy, lots of lemon and orange. Flavor is very intense for a wheat beer, again citrus lemon/orange peel, herbal and a little spicy. Its kind of like drinking iced tea. Sweet fruity malts are balanced by strong bitterness in the end. Unusual for a wheat beer. Very tasty, full bodied and interesting.

Mar 7, 2009 Cloudy orange body, small white head with minimal lace, hoppy vegetable aroma, flavor is very hoppy, this like a German IPA, seriously, spicey orange rind hop flavor, big wheat wine body. alcohol is present but cool and soft, hops are a little edgy however, tastes very homebrew like when you don;t clean out the hop pellet trube too well and it flavors the beer with that spicey vegetable hop flavor, good and interesting, too hop forward for style though

Mar 3, 2009 2009-02-22. Murky dark pastel yellow with a good sized white head and some floaties. (3+) Aroma is surprisingly hoppy, light grassy notes, mild florals, light esters and pale malts. Flavour is similarly hoppy, with a moderate but prominent bitterness throughout, mild sweet malt with just a kiss of esters. (7+) Average to medium bodied palate is pleasantly carbonated. (3+) Pretty solid, bitterness is nice but I find myself looking for more yeasty/estery wheat beer notes. Still, rather nice. Bottle from Village Beer Market
