Commercial Description:
This Beer is bottled in 500ml SCHNEIDER bottles.
This unique beer is the result of the long friendship of Schneider brewmaster Hans-Peter Drexler and Brooklyn brewmaster Garrett Oliver. The two brewmasters feel that Schneider & Brooklyner Hopfen-Weisse represents the quality, tradition and terroir of the Bavarian Hallertauer hop region paired with the innovation and creative energy for which Brooklyn is famous.

500ml: tulip: enjoyed with my bro... great beer. Very light, bright and crisp.... loads of citrus and cloves, nice spice and sweet balance. The carbonation was medium to high and helped carry this beer along. Great warming esters on the finish... great reference to BK on this one...

Bottle. Poured a cloudy orange with a creamy white head. Floral aroma with a wheat and light malt background. The flavor found floral, citrus, wheat, and clove. Light to medium body, tingly carbonation, and a citrus and heat aftertaste.

Bottle. Hazy deep orange colour with a medium-sized off-white head. Hoppy aroma with notes of wheat, citrus and some other fruits. The flavour is wheat and fruity hops, with some citrus, spices and malt. Medium-bodied and high carbonation. Very interesting brew, but maybe not my favourite weizen.

Big full bodied beer. A treat to look with it’s yellow orange glow. Well carbonated with a heavy body. Very moreish with it’s medium bitter finish. Nicely done.

I like the look of this beer....a cloudy, hazy, funky looking beer. Large white pillow top head and gritty lacing. Hop, clove, banana, funk nose. Chewy in the mouth and flavors that start sweet and floral and go sour and hoppy. It has an edge. Pretty good beer.

Cloudy gold color; Very creamy medium body; Aroma of hops, citrus & lemon; Flavor consisting of hops, yeast, banana, citrus and again some lemon overtones; Not your typical weisse beer; I like this one - careful though, it packs a punch; Definitely give it a try.

Poured clear at first, golden in colour, with a reasonable white head. Very interesting aroma. Hopped to a very American level of intensity, but with a more herbal German Hallertau edge. Lots of fruit: rich melon, mango, bubblegum, and spice. Flavour is fresh, hoppy, but not all that bitter, the banana wheat flavour helps to mellow it out. The alcohol is a bit much at first, but then recedes and you forget how strong this beer is. Finishes quite sweet. This is a very nice, super fruity wheat beer, almost Belgian in it’s unashamed strength and fruitiness. A bit unusual and not the kind of thing I’d drink every day, but great to try.

Draft and bottled. Pours a copper white body with a white head. Tropical fruit punch. Lemon and coriander like esters. Chewy gummy and a light bubble gum note. Some lighter spices to boot. Great beer!
