Commercial Description:
This Beer is bottled in 500ml SCHNEIDER bottles.
This unique beer is the result of the long friendship of Schneider brewmaster Hans-Peter Drexler and Brooklyn brewmaster Garrett Oliver. The two brewmasters feel that Schneider & Brooklyner Hopfen-Weisse represents the quality, tradition and terroir of the Bavarian Hallertauer hop region paired with the innovation and creative energy for which Brooklyn is famous.

Courtesy of craftycarl21. Dark hazy peach pour with half finger white head. Aroma is hoppy with some citrusy yeasty wheat malt.I accidentially snorted a bit and got lots of dark fruit, banana esters, and a bit of lemony alcohol. Flavor is largely citrus oriented, with huge sweet citrus and herbal notes in the middle, finishing dry and yeasty. Wheat malt is fully evident. Palate is medium with a super dry, but clean finish. Pours an extremely cloudy and muddy peach color with a small white head. Aroma has lots of citrus, apricot, banana, more hop than i was expecting, and some grainy malt. Flavor is quite nice; starts with an orange, grain, and grass combo, then shifts to a pure fruity nectar concept that ends with a massively dry finish. Really nice weizen bock- lighter than I expected, but exceptionally tasty.

Single bottle into a wheat glass. A high quality strong wheat beer with great typical flavors and a hint of alcohol in the aroma.

Bottle@home Apperance: Golden orange with a small, beige, head. Aroma: Wheat, Yeast, Grass, Cloves, Spices. Flavor: Cloves, Banama, Sour wheat, Exotic fruit, White bread. Palate: Very smooth and balanced with plenty of carbonation making it a very drinkable beer. Goes down easy. This is a very original take on a Weizenbock but a damn good one. One of the best beers i’ve tried this year!

Hazy golden as a weis-beer should appear but with with great hop aroma and taste to counter its sweetness.

Aroma is of slightly hoppy, heavy wheat, lemony and lightly spiced cloves. Cloudy yellow with a quick head that dissipates. Taste is bitter citrus mostly with a touch of some flowery elements as well. Not much wheat or sweetness up front with just a touch at the end.

Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. Off white head. Aroma of citrus, fruits, spice and some herbs. Quite dense. Flavour of citrus, flowers, spice, sweetness and fruits. Medium to full bodied. Ends on a sweet and light bitter note. Fantastic weisse.

Cloudy yellowy golden body with lasting white head. Citrusy and light spicey hops on the nose then cloves. Taste is very similar, quite nice, the alcohol is only just warming, good carbonation and body. Wasn’t really expecting a lot and don’t really go for wheat beers but loved this.
