Commercial Description:
This Beer is bottled in 500ml SCHNEIDER bottles.
This unique beer is the result of the long friendship of Schneider brewmaster Hans-Peter Drexler and Brooklyn brewmaster Garrett Oliver. The two brewmasters feel that Schneider & Brooklyner Hopfen-Weisse represents the quality, tradition and terroir of the Bavarian Hallertauer hop region paired with the innovation and creative energy for which Brooklyn is famous.

500 ml bottle poured a cloudy amber with a small diminishing coarse off white head. Aromas of wheat, citrus, light carmel and a hint of earthiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of wheat, lemon, light carmel and a bit of earthiness with a crisp citrus finish.

Golden Orange colour, lots of banana & hops on the nose. Taste has a lot of alcohol. The palate has tonnes of cloves that also stick to the side of the tongue. Very tasty little number.

Pours hazy golden orange with a nice off white head, darker than most here’s.nose has masses of citrus with undertones of clove, banana &hop spice.palate translates well,a hint of malt sweetness, not so much in the traditional wit way.citrus notes dominate palate.finishes with medium floral hop bitterness and trademark hefe spicy phenolics.cracking beer, something I’d love to see more of!

This beer gets a high enthusiasm rating because it’s rare that I buy something on a lark and it turns out wonderfully. Also I am a sucker for collaboration beers. Nice thick white head, aroma of bread, banana, yeast, cream; flavors of the same. A very nice beer that sits right at the convergence of weiss, bock and IPA.

Had to rate this one since it was the exact opposite of a belguim brew... Hallertau slam of taste, the brew looks like peaking through a wonder concoction...Hops and wheat combined, a masterpiece.... The Germans have these weissebiers down to an art, anything else is a total disapointment:(

The only thing i can say about this beer that i wasnt thrilled about was the palate, it kind of left my mouth stripped like vinegar, besides that, absolutely wonderful

Bottle. Poured a murky orange with a small white head. First impressions are very good, very refreshing. Nice yeasty notes. Nice amount of citrus, watermelon, grapefruit, lick of coriander, vanilla, some hops. Aroma is lovely, finish is a little dry but lovely. Sweetness is bob on. Carbonation is spot on too. Complex, refreshing and tasty.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow wiht a ncie whit head. Aroma: I am not one for Hefes normally, but this one smells beautiful. The flavor is quite pleasant as well with a very obvious and delightful hop presence. Overall: one of the best hefes I have had. Even if you don;t like hefes, give this a try!
