Deep and complex – for big and relaxing moments by the fire.

Dark-ruby colored wheat doppelbock with a creamy fine head. Strong notes of ripe bananas, raisins and plums meet liquorice and roasty aromes. Full-bodied and warming, with a well-balanced and smooth finish. The ideal companion for hearty roast meat, venison and also fruity chocolate desserts, “Kaiserschmarrn” (pancakes), “Elisenlebkuchen” (christmas cookies) or blue cheese.

Oldest wheat doppelbock of Bavaria. Since 1907. 18.5°

The Everest of Weissbier! One of the most aromatic beers in the World, as The Beer Hunter MJ said. Bottle & Tap in its own glass. Dark ruby blurred color. The foam is huge and persistent. Smell: Clove, banana, yeast, little bit alcohol, and dark fruits such as plum and raisin. Aroma: Bananai plum, and raisin. It warms your mouth while you are drinking it. Very well balanced and highly bodied. Smooth finish in the palate with hints of dark fruits and ripe banana. Must try!

Got this as 2008 vintage. Beer is complex with notes of plum, cherry and spices. Sherry like glass.

Expertly balanced beverage with a mild sweetness that never goes overboard. Pleasant creamy mouthfeel yet carbonated enough to feel fresh. Quite pleasant.

Botella 50 cl. Color castaña apagado, espuma beige poco persistente. Aromas a plátano maduró, ciruelas, compota de frutas, maltas tostadas y levadura, cola. Cuerpo cremoso un poco pegajosa carbo media baja, de burbuja gorda. Frutal y dulce con final mas seco donde la levadura domina.

Butterscotch in colour, butterscotch in taste. Very good beer, fizzy. Dark purple brown is very special colour, very natural look. So much taste in weiss! Powerful in alcohol, powerful in everything.

Bottle from January 10th 2014. Wheat, yeasty, fruity aromas. Hints of pear. Banana. Copper brown. Thick off white head that stays forever. Dried fruit and banana bread in the taste. Some warming alcohol sensation. Great.
