Deep and complex – for big and relaxing moments by the fire.

Dark-ruby colored wheat doppelbock with a creamy fine head. Strong notes of ripe bananas, raisins and plums meet liquorice and roasty aromes. Full-bodied and warming, with a well-balanced and smooth finish. The ideal companion for hearty roast meat, venison and also fruity chocolate desserts, “Kaiserschmarrn” (pancakes), “Elisenlebkuchen” (christmas cookies) or blue cheese.

Oldest wheat doppelbock of Bavaria. Since 1907. 18.5°

Farm murky amber color like burnt sugar in color. Sweet welcoming aroma. Full body’s taste. No signs of booze. Balanced!

Piana drobna, beżowa. Kolor brązowy, nieprzejrzyste. W aromacie nuty pszeniczne, wymieszane z chlebowymi. Lekko winne. Goździki, bananów prawie nie czuć. Pachnie świeżo, rześko. W smaku nuty winno-chlebowe. W drugiej nucie lekko likierowe. Słodkie, goryczka niska. Wyczuwalne nuty pszeniczne, plus skórka chleba. Lekko kwaskowe. Alkohol niewyczuwalny, ale lekko grzeje. Zamaskowany bardzo dobrze. Pełne, treściwe. Niemalże czuć, że jest gęste.

Bottle 50cl. Clear amberbrown color, lots of small bubbles, big frothy light beige head, stable, thick layer of 5 mm stays all the way, good lacing; sweet wheat aroma, banana, light vanilla, raisins, figs, yeast, dough, hint of alcohol; taste medium sweet, light to medium bitter, banana, yeasty and roasty notes, bit spicy; medium to full body, oily to creamy texture, average carbonation, lingering mild sweetbitter finish, light fruity notes, bit alcoholic; overall quite complex and well-balanced, an excellent wheat beer and a great doppelbock.

SB centrallager, flaska.

50cl bottle. Pours deep reddish-brown with foamy white head. Aromas of banana, alcohol and hay. Taste has earthy aromas of bread and fruit, but the alcohol keeps popping up in the oily feeling. Decent bock, but nothing spectacular to my taste.

Without a doubt, my favorite daily evening beer, but it has to be respected, because the bottle too much they can quickly avenged!

Bottle - lively deep ruby body with a big foamy light brown head. Aroma of rich cocoa, bubblegum, cloves and yeast. Taste of coffee, cocoa, cloves, hints of roast malt, light bitterness to finish. Lots of spice with hints of caramel. Medium body, high carbonation. Quite sweet.
