Deep and complex – for big and relaxing moments by the fire.

Dark-ruby colored wheat doppelbock with a creamy fine head. Strong notes of ripe bananas, raisins and plums meet liquorice and roasty aromes. Full-bodied and warming, with a well-balanced and smooth finish. The ideal companion for hearty roast meat, venison and also fruity chocolate desserts, “Kaiserschmarrn” (pancakes), “Elisenlebkuchen” (christmas cookies) or blue cheese.

Oldest wheat doppelbock of Bavaria. Since 1907. 18.5°

When poured into glass it produces a cloudy, not very long lasting head. Hazy amber coloured beer which serves aromas of banana, caramel, bubblegum, bread, doughy yeast, alcohol, intense toffee, floral hops, dark fruits, cream liqueur. Flavours of yeast, wheat, sweet malt, fruits, spices and warming alcohol. Creamy texture, full body, more than average carbonation, but not unpleasant. Finish is, as per deScription, similar to those from good schnaps. Overall very good! In my opinion just too good for drinking, sniffing is the way to go.

Men denne her er god! Den har karakter af en dobblet bock, men den er god sød i det.

Murky like the Yarra. No discernible aroma apart from a slight aniseed. Wine like with a touch of whiskey and sherry. Legitimate flavourgasm. Lightly carbed, the alcohol escapes detection like the Fucking ninja on that tenchu game on ps1 that I smashed in year 8.

It was a superlative experience. From the beggining expecting nothing. Very cheap beer in a 500ml bottle. Didnt look anything special. After pouring it. Everything changed. The smell its superb, one I felt very attracted and spend a lot of time on it. For me it was like smelling a yeasty pancake of banana plus cream and peach marmalade. It looks like scotch royalty. A very deep caramel color, perfect foam, symmetric, good consistency. Superb taste! It does not feel like wheat, it made me feel happy. I had a Ratatouille-Ego flashback while drinking this beer. Everything is going to be ok with a beer like this. Humanity may still exist to benerate this beer for generations. Long live the Schneider Brewery, an experience that every human being may have.

500 ml bottle. Very dark amber color with creamy white head. Fantastic smell! Cream, yeast, wheat and caramelized malts, also banana. For resuming this beer, guys, now i feel like a grandfather of the countryside germany that has seen all his family grow and is going to die in peace soon. What a beer! The palate is just perfect, I cannot describe how good this is, makes me feel in peace and good with myself. A beer to makes you believe in humankind and in greatness.
