COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dark ruby, glistening mysteriously, streaked with fine, top-fermented yeast, this beer has a compact, stable and long-lasting head. It has an intensive, typically top-fermented clove-like aroma. The palate experiences a gentle touch, on the tongue it is very full-bodied, compact and yet fresh with a hint of caramel. It finishes with a light and delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a strong, smoothly rounded, sour impression.

UPDATED: JUL 9, 2011 Appearance: pours a head somewhere between cream and tan; body is mahogany or dark cherry wood; Nose: smoke, raisons, fermented banana; Taste: raisons, strong hefe-weizen flavors; fermented banana; all balanced by a solid hop profile resembling those of German hefe-weizens; Mouthfeel: creamy, very carbonated; Overall: My favorite beer. Delicious, always satisfying, great session beer.

Deep brown-red colour with a thick white head. The aroma is really complex, there is spices, clove, apple, banana, alcohol... It is full bodied, taste is very complex too, with spices, clove, banana and caramel, really malty. Excellent beer overall. The 8% of alcohol is well hidden.

Best beer ever! Tart, malty aroma with a long lasting head. Flavor is rich and heavy, giving way to exquisite accents of chocolate, apples, caramel and bananas. Surprisingly non-bitter considering its 8.2% alcohol content. An ale for the ages!

The best beer I ever had so far. To me it has a smokey and somewhat fruity flavor.
