Many thanks to Martin for this bottle. 0,5l swing-top, best before 17.02.15. Fresh and smooth in the beginning. Hints of sourness, very high drinkable. The mainpart is smooth, fruity-fresh. More fresh lemon than banana, hints of clove in the background. Not too sour, just refreshing. Yeast in the aftertaste, smooth, not too sweet. The sourish part moves to the background, yeast, hints of banana with clove there. Nice. On the tongue remains a yeasty-fresh taste, smooth, mild and not too sweet. Nice!

Brewpub. It’s unclear, warm golden with a creamy, white head and the aroma has light notes of yeast (including baking yeast) wheat and banana. The sweet flavor has notes of slightly spicy yeast, wheat, light banana, and the finish is slightly spicy.

500ml bottle (OPP, Helsinki. German Weeks 2009)
Deep cloudy orange, healthy off-white spongy head. Milky and orangey citrus aroma. Crisp carbonation. Big light grain and yeasty body. Not crisp enough to really grab me, but certainly OK, and no flaws. Finish is a touch papery.

Bottled@One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Deep orangeish amber colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is banana, wheat, yeast and some mild spiced and herbal notes. Flavour is wheat, caramel malts, yeast and some rather barnyardy notes as well.

Bügelverschlußflasche (bei der Brauerei gekauft): Golden and hazy, slowly collapsing bigger stable white head; sweetish wheat-malty nose with traces of bananas; light to medium sweet-sourish flavour, watery MF; citrousy aromas in the wheaty-sourish finish. Not bad, but a bit too thin......

(swing top bottle) Cloudy, orange colour with a huge, slightly yellow foamy head. Yeasty, slightly sour and minimal sweet wheaty nose with cloves and herbal hops. Delicate wheat-malty taste with very strong phenolic spices (cloves, band aid), almost watery body with a lively, slightly fizzy carbonation; slim, slightly sour-fruity and bitter-tart, spicy finish with a medicinal aftertaste. Weak Weizen (11.05.08).
