Exclusively brewed in reminiscence of Georg Schneiders privilege of being part of the world famous Munich Octoberfest until 1942 when his renowned "Weisse Brauhaus im Tal, Munich" was destroyed. Enjoy and celebrate!
: Ingredients: water, organic wheat malt, organic barley malt, organic Cascade hops, organic Hallertauer hops, and yeast.

bananas and cloves in the aroma with hints of fruity tartness. The cloves dominant. Appearance is a cloudy gold with a large head with excellent retention. Flavor favors cloves over the banana. Notes of bubblegum are present. Malt tastes bready. Mouthfeel is medium high and creamy with medium high carbonation. Overall, it's an ok hefeweizen. I'd prefer more banana though. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

0.5l bottle. Hazy deep orange body, quickly collapsing white head. Huge banana notes in the aroma with some peach, honey and some cloves. Taste of banana, lemon zest, cloves and grass. The carbonation is too weak, but still a nice weizen.

50cl Bottle at Delirium Café. Hazy deep golden-amber colour, creamy thick off-white head. Aroma of creamy sweet banana, light spicy, some honey, quite hoppy, grassy and herbal. Flavour is grassy, banana, herbal, some lavender, honey, clove, firm hoppy grassy herbal bitter finish, some citrus. Medium bodied, creamy. My new favourite Hefeweizen. Great.

Aroma is fresh from bananas and wheat and herbs. Pretty dry in the mouth, but at the same time a mild fuzzy sensation. Esters and banana walk hand in hand towards the sunset.

From 500 ml bottle. Pours a hazy honey-amber with a fluffy lasting white head and moderate carbonation. Aromas of orange, flowers, banana, coriander, bubblegum and a bit of pepper. Taste begins with slightly drying burnt orange and pepper before a juicy citrus wash kicks in. Finishes with a bit of banana and some floral notes. Lightly peppery aftertaste. Really good stuff.

Cloudy orange-gold with small white head that persists as skim. The nose is banana, clove, a hint of vanilla, but also herbal/grassy notes. On the palate, it strongly hits all those hefeweizen notes, plus a passing bit of bubblegum and a consistent spicy, peppery tone that adds a further dimension. Medium bodied and smooth, with a well-gauged bit of bitterness, this turns out to be good company for Thai food.
