500ml bottle from Gourmondo.de. Cloudy brownish yellow colour, creamy large persistent off-white head, good lacing. Heavily malty aroma of wheat and hay, moderate, herbal, lemony and floral hops with moderate overripe banana notes. Taste is initally moderately sweet and slightly bitter and acidic, moderately bitter and slightly meaty finish with an astringent feel. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Better than average wheat beer, bit more hops than usual.

Nice cloudy beer filling up the glass as I pour, crisp aroma. Head fizzes out quickly but doesn’t matter. Mildly bitter taste -- very good. Great.

Pours cloudy copper. Aroma has yeast, banana, grass. Just a hint of bitterness that quickly fades away. A very nice wheat beer for certain.

Review based on the BJCP2008 guidelines (style 15A). Bottle 50 cl - Batch 1666060514. AROMA: wheat profile with vanilla and clove notes with a slight banana aroma. no hop aromas. APPEARANCE: deep gold color and hazy. large white head with good retention. TASTE: sweet wheat background with a complementary vanilla character. odd undescribable flavor. persistent medium-low bitterness and a medium-dry finish. PALATE: medium-light body and high carbonation. OVERALL: altough it has a nice aroma, there is an odd flavour present. but it is still a good weizen.

14.188 stamped on this.
Glass: Tired Hands wine glass.
Appearance: Murky opaque sunburst body with a tall, strong and dense white head.
Aroma: Aroma is mildly sweet with banana, hints of perfume and prominent clove. Nicely balanced and good strengthed.
Taste: Light lemon, crisp straw, mild banana and a perfume and clove finish that is prominent. I like this until the finish, I think it’s a bit too much. Nice beer nonetheless.
Palate: Creamy bodied with moderate to high carbonation.
Overall: Very nice hefe at a great price. I really enjoy this and think that it’s a necessary try for those who like the style.

"not quite up to par with the regular weisse (possibly the best out there) or the brooklyner hopfenweisse, but this was a solid, slightly hoppy, bubble gummy wheat beer nonetheless. i’d choose the standard over this, but glad i tried it."

Cloudy orange color, medium sized white head which drops to a minimal sized quite fast. Aroma is banana, yeast, hops, wheat, spices and some orange. Bittersweet taste. Medium body, average carbonation. Bitter finish. In short, weaker version of Schneider Tap 5.
