Very impressive for an organic beer. light basement aromas, the color is golden and hazy. bitterness is medium as is the body with a lively taste. Overall Impression; Wow! extremely well balanced HefeWeizen, with traditional taste.

Bottle. Citrusy, malt aroma with banana and touch of spice. Not much yeast aroma. First sip is delectable. That classic hefeweizen flavor is unmistakeable and a good example stands out in the crowd. This is one and this is how it should taste. Soft, malty banana and cloves, subtle note of gum and barely noticeable hop aroma/flavor. Perfectly carbonated, medium body. Excellent. I’m sure this would be a 4.8 or better on tap.
