4.9 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
Aroma has hints of ginger and hops. Appears golden but cleaner than many Weiss beers. Big head so be careful. Feels light and clean. Pretty highly carbonated. Tastes of ginger, hops, and just a hint of lemon zest but not overly like most wheat beers. Overall, this is the finest and drinkable weisses I’ve ever had.

4.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
Very impressive for an organic beer. light basement aromas, the color is golden and hazy. bitterness is medium as is the body with a lively taste. Overall Impression; Wow! extremely well balanced HefeWeizen, with traditional taste.

4.8 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 20/20
Stolen from Bierkrugs Keller he will kill me. On nice brew and one of the best WBs around. I liked it as much as the Aventinus.

4.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Bottle. Citrusy, malt aroma with banana and touch of spice. Not much yeast aroma. First sip is delectable. That classic hefeweizen flavor is unmistakeable and a good example stands out in the crowd. This is one and this is how it should taste. Soft, malty banana and cloves, subtle note of gum and barely noticeable hop aroma/flavor. Perfectly carbonated, medium body. Excellent. I’m sure this would be a 4.8 or better on tap.

500 ml bottle [BBE: 2015.08.14]
Blood alc: 0
Pours hazy Amber with a very white head of medium Fine bubbles. The Big coriander and spice whiff promises excitement. Flavour is slightly sweet with a tangy background and overall ?raw? flavour which works perfectly with the sweetness. The hop bitterness is unshy, although only as present as would be ideal and balances the sweet malty character perfectly. The end brings a lingering banana and fruit taste with hints of toffee which is most welcome and even maybe more pleasant, as it?s so gentle, than when the beer is actually on the tongue.
I just can?t really fault this as it?s a fantastic example of it?s style and shouldn?t really be any different. The only reason it doesn?t get 100% is because it?s not as exciting as my perfect, unrivallable beer would be. Perhaps my favourite Schneider so far but I?d just have to compare it side by side with Aventinus to make sure! ;)

4.7 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Hazy golden color with big foamy head. Amazing aroma of bananas, combined with wheat malt and touch of spices. Soft hops on taste, mixed with bananas, cloves, wheat, citrus. Soft carbonation. Wow! Quite impressed. So traditional yet well balanced. Straight to one of my favourites!

4.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
Appearance: slightly cloudy and yellow-orange; tiny, fizzy head. (Now, stick with me for a few sentences here and be sure to read this whole review, because I don’t want this next part on aroma to throw you…) Smells of sour milk and yeast. Definitely a weird smell for a hefe, but I carried on. After tasting it, my thoughts on the strange aroma dissipated. Unbelievably great tasting – sweet and yeasty, with predominant elements of vanilla, bananas and cloves springing up on the palate. A full tasting weiss that doesn’t cut any corners and does equal justice to all components that contribute to this beer. Damn, this beer is great. The best tasting beer I’ve had out of all beers in the weiss category. Too bad the marks against it in the "aroma" category bump it down a couple notches and prevent this weiss from acheiving a perfect rating.
