Reddish-amber colored, finished with top-fermenting yeast, this wheatbeer has a fine white, persistent head. It is distingushed by its typical top-fermenting character with a malty taste, reminding a bit of caramel. Being a non-alcoholic wheatbeer with plenty of healthy minerals, it is the ideal thirst-quenching drink for hot summer days and after sports.

Blind geproefd. Oranje, troebel, mooi dun schuim. Ruikt zurig en gek. Smaakt muf en vlak. Dusss. . wat fruit? Of red ale?

0,5 l. bottle from Beervana, labeled Schneider Weisse Tap 3 Mein Alkoholfreies, and brought by my beautiful wife. Pours a cloudy amber color with a massive white head that diminishes slowly and laces really well. Aroma is yeasty, wheaty, as expected but with Schneider’s yeast taking a weird smell. Notes of tart banana, cucumber, mould, grains and heavy bread, flour and dough. Taste is pretty neutral with a tad of tartness and slight sweet and bitter traces. Somewhat fruity and veggie but in an integrated, rounded, way. Light to medium body but very smooth, creamy and soft. Highly refreshing. Good for a Low Alcohol beer and well-crafted. Maybe on a hot sunny day I would’ve rated it even higher.

From 0,5l bottle, Pours deep cloudy straw golden liquid, huge frothy creamy white head, Aroma: wheat malt, watery, minor metallic off aromas, Taste: light sweet, light bitter, light to medium sour, wheat malt, quite watery taste, mineral, Palate: light body, slick to creamy texture, average to lively carbonation, abrupt wheat finish, Overall: acceptable non-alcoholic weissbier. Only the taste is pretty much close to mineral water.

Bottle. Hazy orange color with a light brown head. Aroma has wheat malt some banana and yeast. Taste is malty with quite short aftertaste. Thin mouth feeling. Flavors of malt, yeast. Not that bad for non-alcoholic.

Bottle. Pours a hazy, orange coloured beer with a big white, dense head on top. Aroma is banana, clove and something sugary. Flavor is very thin and sweet, big on the banana here but with something that doesn’t belong in there. It’s a sweet, almost artificial sugary note. Mouthfeel is very thin and reallly missing the alcohol. Soft carbonation, almost no aftertaste. Not so good.

Medium amber, frothy off white head. Aroma of sweet grainy malt. Light body, flavour as the aroma, fairly evident toffee, slightly cloying.
