2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
50cl bottle. Hazy reddish orange colour with a fluffy off-white head. Sour and yeasty aroma. Average carbonation and medium to light body. Taste is much more sweet than bitter, with almost no wheat notes. Overall, thank goodness I can drink alcohol.

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20
Looks surprisingly attractive for the style. Aroma of grain, cardboard, light dishwater. Flavour is not too sweet. Well, I’ll say this, I’ve had much worse nonalcoholic beers.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
500ml bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours clear amber, massive, overflowing white head. Aromas of cornflakes, sugar, barley water. Taste is sweet and unfermented. Sweet finish. Probably would’ve been better if I hadn’t had some proper beer first!

Molto leggera, dato anche l’assenza di alcool. Acidulo pronunciato. Ma non esistono birre analcoliche migliori?!?

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle: Amber orange color, creamy off-white head. Aroma is grainy, light sourly and light yeasty. Flavor is also grainy, yeasty, light sourly and light fruity (citrus). Tastes like an alcohol free beer but not as bad as most others. Sadly no real wheat character.,

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Aroma is bread and baked beans. In fact the likeness to baked beans on toast in the aroma here is astonishing. The beer is very hazy amber. It is quite sweet and a bit watery but it does have that wheat beer flavour and has a citrussy zing. The bready character comes through later in the flavour too with a bit of caramel. The beer is not very exciting but it is a good attempt at a non-alcoholic beer and it’s certainly drinkable.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bamberg jolly day 3 26/01/2014. Bottle shared on the train. Bight orange coloured, clouded with a lasting off white head. Aroma is sticky sweet, bready, and barn. Flavour is worty, bready dough, dull, sweeteners. Too sweet overall. Sickly sweet.
