COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Reddish-amber colored, finished with top-fermenting yeast, this wheatbeer has a fine white, persistent head. It is distingushed by its typical top-fermenting character with a malty taste, reminding a bit of caramel. Being a non-alcoholic wheatbeer with plenty of healthy minerals, it is the ideal thirst-quenching drink for hot summer days and after sports.

50cl Bottle from De Bierkoning, as Tap 3 Mein Alkoholfreies. No ABV mentioned. Cloudy golden amber colour, thick and dense off-white head. Aroma of grain husks, wheat tartness, sweet ripe fruits, some green banana, minerals. Flavour is light sweet, tart wheat, lemon-like sourness, some bready malts, grain, tart and mineral finish. Light bodied, firm but not unpleasant carbonation. Decent.

Bottle shared with MichaelBruch and bought as Tap 3 "Mein Alkoholfreies". Yeasty aroma and look. Flavour of yeast, also of green bananas. High carbonated. Drinkable and you don’t really notice that it is without alcohol.

Fazit: Geht so. Test vom 19.6.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 13,9,9,10,10,10 - 10,00

500ml bottle. Hazy amber colour with huge stable creamy white head. Aroma has a touch of ham, else grainy notes insufficiently disguising the typical muggy flavour of Alkoholfreies. Taste has Hefeweizen resemblances, especially in the finish, but the muggy notes remain displeasing.
