Reddish-amber colored, finished with top-fermenting yeast, this wheatbeer has a fine white, persistent head. It is distingushed by its typical top-fermenting character with a malty taste, reminding a bit of caramel. Being a non-alcoholic wheatbeer with plenty of healthy minerals, it is the ideal thirst-quenching drink for hot summer days and after sports.

2/09/2011 50cl bottle @ home - bottled: 26/5/11, BB: 26/1/12 (2011-426)

Cloudy deep orange to amber coloured beer, creamy yellowish head, stable and a little adhesive. Aroma: malts, all-bran, fruity (grapefruit, some citrus), bit of cow stable, not necessarily a bad thing. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: citrus, malts, fibres (all-bran thing again), little sweet. Aftertaste: prickling carbon, bit citric, more all-bran. In it’s own category of low alcoholic beers, this one is a winner. If I would be designated driver (which I luckily rarely am), I would love to have a couple of these guys at hand.

Test vom 13.9.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche

Tasted @ home 04.08.2011 from bottle 50 cl, Geers. Hazy amber color with a beige head. Aroma sweet, grainy malts. Tin body. Taste sweet, watery, grainy malts, and little bitterness.

Huge, extremely fine & dense, stable cream-coloured head over fully hazy orange-brown beer. Very malty, even nutty nose, with a faint hint at some fruity ’not-quite-acidity’. And fatty acids, arachide. Nutty, old (but good) malts, and preciously little wheat character. Neutral caramel, if that exists. Well bodied, quite slick but relieved by a forceful carbonation. I dearly miss the wheatacidity. That would balance it out; as it is, it is a weak caramel malt in a Weizenbottle.

Unclear amber with a nice white head. Strange burned aromas of hay anmd overripe fruits. Taste is sweet, grainy and lightly spicy. Body is as expected very light. Short, fruity aftertaste. Not much "hefe" about this...

bottle. Cloudy yellow, large white head. Wheaty, slightly yeasty with a shy fruitiness. OK for an alcohol free beer.

The aroma is light sour and malty, some bread. The large pale brown foamy head has a normal duration, the body is dark orange. The taste is light sour and fruity. The body is light and lively with a lot of carbonation.

Dark amber beer with a huge off-white head. It tries to be a weissbier in flavor but isn’t. It still is a good beer if you take it for what it is.

Bottle 50cl, a cloudy orange-amber beer with huge head. Nose is sweet malt like. Aroma is grainy, sweet, bread like, body is low with watery mouth-feel but whole beer has nice aroma, even more than some alcoholic beers !

Test vom 15.1.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 13,7,7,6,11,7 - 7,65
