COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Reddish-amber colored, finished with top-fermenting yeast, this wheatbeer has a fine white, persistent head. It is distingushed by its typical top-fermenting character with a malty taste, reminding a bit of caramel. Being a non-alcoholic wheatbeer with plenty of healthy minerals, it is the ideal thirst-quenching drink for hot summer days and after sports.

Head: just like normal weisse, off-white, huge, creamy, avg retention. Colour: amber, cloudy (not as dense as normal weisse). Aroma: grain/unfermented wort with some soury stale notes. Not much banana or clove. Taste: sourish, bread/dough, some grapes in the end. It is certainly different from other (barley based) non-alcoholic beers, but you can still feel that unfermented wort flavour. On the other hand, that sourish stale aroma (resembling belgian sours a bit) makes it somewhat interesting in its own way.

Ach, Muskeln. Na dann. Großer Pluspunkt: fehlender Hinweis auf Isotonik.

Bottle @ home. Misty orange color, medium to full sized dense off-white head that lasts for a long time. Sweetish aroma, but the taste is quite citrussy. Quite dry finish. Decent body and carbonation.

At the brewery, Munich. The aroma is banana, but an odd caramel and toffee. The appearance is a slightly hazy yellow orange, white head. The flavor is banana, bubblegum sweetness, and more of that odd caramel, toffee maltiness not usual in a weissbeer. The finish is sweet, no spices or hops. Medium in body. Ok for what it is.

Looks like a Weizen. Smells a bit like a Weizen, but too much caramel. Light bready caramel taste, but also a refreshing tartness and Weizen texture. Gone quickly. Not bad, just too much of these caramely malts.

Much better then a non-alcoholic lager. Still tastes like boring bread with water. I guess it’s purpous would be to quench thirst or pair with food while driving. Why not.

Muito ruim. Mas é devido ter baixo teor alcoólico. Gosto ruim aparenta não ter gás. Não aconselho de forma alguma.
