COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Reddish-amber colored, finished with top-fermenting yeast, this wheatbeer has a fine white, persistent head. It is distingushed by its typical top-fermenting character with a malty taste, reminding a bit of caramel. Being a non-alcoholic wheatbeer with plenty of healthy minerals, it is the ideal thirst-quenching drink for hot summer days and after sports.

Bottle. Pours a very hazy gold with a high, beige head. Really cloudy -- I can’t tell if it’s sediment or what it is, exactly. Murky beer. Yum. The nose is generic peanut brittle (slightly burnt sugar) and, of all things, the peanut butter taffy things that you get on Halloween as a kid that nobody wants. Tastes like dollar store candy, molasses, and futility. Not good.

Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a hazy orange color with barely any head. What was there was just a film. There’s barely any lacing. The smell was slightly grassy with a low amount of some citrus like flavors. The taste was mainly the same and kind of sweet. On the palate, this one sat pretty light on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. Overall, good thing I can drink alcohol because I don’t think I’d have this again. Nice to try I guess.

Fluffy huge deutschhhh head, persistent. Hazy amber body. Fluffy lacings. Aroma; sweet wort, bread, toffee caramel, ginger, tomato peel, spices. Taste; grass, wort, brown syrupy bread, fruity malts, tomato, ginger, cardamum, faint citric notes. Just slightly watery on palate. Towards finish more bread, sweet grains, wet grass, green bean. Finish relatively short. No traces of alcohol, not even on the label (0.3% in theory?). Should be served well chilled, at 4-7°C (40-44F). [50cl brown btl __%abv BB12.10.14]

50cl bottle. Hazy reddish orange colour with a fluffy off-white head. Sour and yeasty aroma. Average carbonation and medium to light body. Taste is much more sweet than bitter, with almost no wheat notes. Overall, thank goodness I can drink alcohol.

Looks surprisingly attractive for the style. Aroma of grain, cardboard, light dishwater. Flavour is not too sweet. Well, I’ll say this, I’ve had much worse nonalcoholic beers.

500ml bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours clear amber, massive, overflowing white head. Aromas of cornflakes, sugar, barley water. Taste is sweet and unfermented. Sweet finish. Probably would’ve been better if I hadn’t had some proper beer first!

Molto leggera, dato anche l’assenza di alcool. Acidulo pronunciato. Ma non esistono birre analcoliche migliori?!?

Bottle: Amber orange color, creamy off-white head. Aroma is grainy, light sourly and light yeasty. Flavor is also grainy, yeasty, light sourly and light fruity (citrus). Tastes like an alcohol free beer but not as bad as most others. Sadly no real wheat character.,
