Bottle at Schneider Bräuhaus. Light banana and clover, typical grassy freshness, but not as strong as a Tap 7. Light body with a simple carbonation, banana again, some sweetness, but still rather on the dry side. Short palate.

Hazy, yellow colored, medium- white head, decent lasting. Aroma is very light, clove, bready yeast, even lighter banana. Taste is medium sweet wheat, clove spicy, bready yeast, light bitterness and light acidity. Light+ bodied, average carbonation, watery. Very light and feels empty, only for summer time! (bottle)

Cloudy white yellow color with foam layer. Very light milky nose. Very light milky refreshing taste. Calm light milky aftertaste. In all, a very light wheat beer with milky instead of yeasty touch.

May ’15. On tap at the brewery restaurant, Munich, as their only special at the time unfortunately. It poured hazy golden body with medium sized head. Cloves first, then lemon and banana in aroma. Flavor was lightly sour and lightly sweet yeasty with the typical joghurt wheat note. Banana and lemon were here, too. A bit grainy, too which is unusual for the style. Pleasant and well balanced anyway. Medium bodied with shorter to medium finish, making it a nice refreshing summer wheat. Better than many regulars actually.

Bottle. Cloudy, apricot color, fine white head. Fruity banana and cloves aroma, although a tad weaker than the original Tap7. Light sweet taste, medium bitter. Aftertaste has some banana and fruity cloves to it. Fresh carbonation, thin, but good body. Very nice beer, not as mighty and filling than the great brother, just right and enough to enjoy.

Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008.

500 ml bottle from a supermarket in Munich, bottled 19.01.16.
Orange, moderate hazy body, with a big, creamy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of spices, banana, orange, vanilla, bread, hay.
Tastes quite light of bread, hay, spices, some banana.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a fizzy carbonation.
Finishes moderate, spicy, bready, a bit yeasty, a bit fruity.

OK for the ABV. Light bodied and not very aromatic. Drinks clean and easy though. Definitely my least favourite Schneider Weisse, while not a bad beer.

Bottle from Damian. Quite good as far as low alcoholic beers go. Very very watery, but real lemony clove spicy character and a slightest bit of a body too. Hazy yellow colour, with a quickly dropping white head. Also light oxidized flavour.
