COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With its amber-mahogany coloring and streaked with fine top-fermented yeast, this beer has a fine, persistent head that adheres well to the glass. It is pleasantly fruity with a typical top-fermented smell, an aroma of clove and nutmeg apple tantalizes the nose. On the tongue it is fresh, clean, full-bodied, harmonious and well-balanced. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a sour impression.

Very cloudy, orange-brown color white enormous rocky head. The best I’ve ever seen! Aroma of clove and yeast, but not intensive. Taste of banana and clove with apple notes on background. Unfortunately, it’s too watery. There appears some light sourness on the finish. Very high carbonation. Very good weizen, but not perfect. However, it?s worth to taste.

Pours a super cloudy orangish brown with an enormous tan head. The smell is spice, clove, wheat, apple. Taste is wheat, clove and some fruitiness - quite spicy. Ends spicy and fruity with dry crispness. Body is light/medium with average level of crisp carbonation. Obviously a very nice darker weißen.

Ambrée/jaune nuageux avec une petite mousse blanche. L’arôme de blé, levure et malt. Il est aussi légèrement épicée avec des clous de girofle. Un goût de blé et levure. Très plaisante et rafraîchissante.

On tap. Hazy orange body, with a low white head that diminishes quickly, leaving a fair lace. Yeast dominates the aroma. NIce bitterness that I haven’t come across in other hefe’s. Medium carbonated, texture is watery, very thin bodied. Strong point of this beer is taste, but it’s prettty watery and over-carbonated.

Orange mahogany colour, striking for a hefe, with a persistant and massive fluffy off white head. In the nose, banana and bubblegum, and a hint of lemon. Very smooth palate, moderate carbonation, the wheat malt is up front, followed by some sweet raisin, lemon and banana flavours with a very subtle hop bitterness in the finish. Excellent hefe and a great way to reopen my rooftop patio after a winter of discontent.

Bought a 500ml bottle at Bert’s Bierhuis. Aroma of flowers, bananas and caramel. Orange/brown color and a large cream colored head, highly carbonated. Taste of citrus fruits, banana and some herbs. Taste is light sour and creamy and has a light bitter aftertaste. A good weizen but there are better ones from Germany.

Aroma: Yeast, banana, notes of mollasses/brown sugar and malt, coriander spice. Palate: Very light, yet creamy mouthfeel and dryness combine to make for an interesting palate. Flavor: Banana, brown sugar, grainy malt. Lingering spice (coriander-like) on the finish.
