COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With its amber-mahogany coloring and streaked with fine top-fermented yeast, this beer has a fine, persistent head that adheres well to the glass. It is pleasantly fruity with a typical top-fermented smell, an aroma of clove and nutmeg apple tantalizes the nose. On the tongue it is fresh, clean, full-bodied, harmonious and well-balanced. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a sour impression.

Solid German hefeweizen. Wheaty, smooth and with some fruity yeast. German brew art.

0.5 bottle. Surprisingly dark amber for a weizen, obviously cloudy with a small white head. Sweet aroma of bananas, citruses, bubblegum, and obviously wheat. Taste is sweet with evident citric notes but it also brings out some undesirable and simplistic hay. Medium body, creamy texture, and soft carbonation. Finish is less delicate than the rest, medium-long at best, and a touch sourer. Overall the beer is pretty good but seems a bit hackneyed and standardized.

Pours a medium brown, cloudy and dirty-looking body with a huge, creamy, egg-white head of decent life-time. Strong spicy and yeasty aroma with citrus in the back, not much banana. Rather strong flavour of spices, a bit unclean and light metallic yeast, citrus and generic fruit and caramel. Light sweet taste with a light to moderate bitter, pretty short and watery finish. Not one of Schneider’s best.

Ambrée, trouble et avec un col blanc de mousse. Nez de blé, de bananes mûres, d’épices et de levure. Goût fruité, de bananes, de clous de girofle et de céréales. Bien équilibrée et délicieuse.

Classic weissebier, one of the best I’ve had. Very light with a lemon flavor, perfect for summer.

Appears a mahogany color with 2 finger white head. Smells dominant of bubblegum and banana. Slight clove. Tastes of banana, clove, bubblegum, and slight tart. Nice medium palate. Refreshing, I liked it! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
