COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With its amber-mahogany coloring and streaked with fine top-fermented yeast, this beer has a fine, persistent head that adheres well to the glass. It is pleasantly fruity with a typical top-fermented smell, an aroma of clove and nutmeg apple tantalizes the nose. On the tongue it is fresh, clean, full-bodied, harmonious and well-balanced. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a sour impression.

Description has it right with the amber-mahogany color. Large foamy off white head. Good looking beer. Strong cloves in the aroma as well as yeast and mild banana. Tastes just like it smells pretty much. Mild sweetness in the flavor. Full body, and easily drinkable. Very smooth, minimal bitterness. Yeast flavor is strong in this one and it lingers on. Good beer. This beer or the Paulaner could be my go to beer for drinkability.

Dunkles trübes Bernstein mit weißem cremigem Schaum. Fruchtige Aromen, Banane, Beeren. Das Weißbier ist würziger als die meisten anderen Vertreter und zeigt sich im Mund nicht ganz so fruchtig. Gutes Weißbier!

50 cl bottle. Pours medium cloudy brown with thick, foamy white head, average lacing. Aromas of banana, barnyard and fruits. Taste is medium sweet, little bitterness and somewhat sour. Average carbonation, a bit oily palate. Aftertaste is long and a bit sweet with balanced bitter and fruity finish. A bit boring but well-made wheat.

A darker & clearer hefeweizen than I’m used to seeing. Familiar fruity & spicy, ester aromas and taste, with a tangy finish and an almost caramel like quality, or maybe its just the color that’s influencing my taste. Overall very easy drinking & slightly different weissbier that’s very good and enjoyable. Its just plain hard to beat a good German Hefeweizen.
