COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With its amber-mahogany coloring and streaked with fine top-fermented yeast, this beer has a fine, persistent head that adheres well to the glass. It is pleasantly fruity with a typical top-fermented smell, an aroma of clove and nutmeg apple tantalizes the nose. On the tongue it is fresh, clean, full-bodied, harmonious and well-balanced. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a sour impression.

And I said I didn´t like Weissbier...Well you can always change your mind. This was a delicious drink for a hot summerday, both sweet and bitter and sour, very fresh.

Belle couleur mais pas beaucoup d’arôme et niveau du gout je suis plutôt déçu... Un peu de banane comme les autre weisse mais pas top...a voir à la deuxième dégustation.

Dark peanut butter orange. Lighter at the thin spots. The head isn’t that big but that might be my fault on the pour. (Although I did it German-style.) There is a smoky, Rauch-like aroma: it has a peat/wood smoke aroma that is really pleasant. A touch of lemon rind and wheat malt. There is an herbal (minty?) quality to the hop that I can’t quite put my finger on. The yeast is doughy as hell. I really enjoy it. The yeast really comes to the forefront in the flavor. It’s a dark, doughy yeast. A touch of that lemony goodness. The feel is more slick than expected; it’s kind of buttery. Boy I really like this beer. I don’t know if I like this or TAP5 better.

Draft at Dutch’s, served in a pint glass. Pours a super hazy dull orange with a small off-white head that settles into an uneven film and a ring. Notes of banana, clove, caramel, wheat, earth, leaves, apple, nutmeg - it’s about what you’d expect for a traditional take on the style. Medium-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a sweet, mildly spicy mouthfeel. Very good, but not the world beater I’d hoped for.

Pours a cloudy amber topped by a coarse off-white head showing good retention, and leaving small spotted lacing. Carbonation is high with fine bubbles. The nose is fruity with loads of banana bread. Certain doughy and bubblegum elements noted. The taste is sweet, fruity, banana bread, bubblegum, floral hops. Slight mineral presence in the aftertaste. Medium body with sharp and ample lingering finish. Smooth, sweet and satisfying. Cheers!

Bottle (from firma bier as Schneider Weisse Tap 7 Unser Original), bottled 13.01.16. Pours brownish amber with beige head. The head stays. Aroma is intense banana, fruits, soap, citrus. Flavor is sweet and somewhat bitter, banana, fruits, citrus, caramel, wheat. Finish is wheaty with some acidic and caramel notes. Carbonation is bit high, body feels bit light. Overall: very nice brew.

Flaska. Grumligt brunorange med ett oerhört vackert och långvarigt vitt skum. Dofter av vete, malt, banan och en lätt apelsinton. Samma återkommer i smaken. Medel mot liten kropp, mjuk munkänsla.

Robe ambrée et trouble. La mousse tient plutôt bien. Arômes caramel et banane. Goût identique avec des notes épicées. Très douce, texture crémeuse. Une bonne bière.
