With its amber-mahogany coloring and streaked with fine top-fermented yeast, this beer has a fine, persistent head that adheres well to the glass. It is pleasantly fruity with a typical top-fermented smell, an aroma of clove and nutmeg apple tantalizes the nose. On the tongue it is fresh, clean, full-bodied, harmonious and well-balanced. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a sour impression.

BBE 09.01.13 - Pours clear golden color with a small head. Aroma of yeasty fruits, hints of malts and tart banana notes. Taste is malty with some slight yeasty and ripe fruity notes. Finish is smooth and slightly tart. Okay, quite well balanced hefeweizen.

Aroma of banana and spices. Amber colour with small white head. Taste is surprising because alcohol is noticable, there is also some classic weizen notes, but booze really disturbs. Disappointment.

0,5 l bottle. Murky dark orange in the glass, big white head. Wheat, yeast, citrus and clove on the nose. Taste is intensive fruity, more citrus than banana, yeasty, clove. Little bit dry. Above average carbonation.

This is an excellent weiss and is fairly with complex aromas. This beer has aromas and flavours of a typical Bavarian weiss, such as banana and vanilla but are mild enough to be enjoyed by those that do not usually enjoy the pungent characters of a weiss beer. Once poured the beer has a golden/brown colour, with a hazy appearance, typical of a hefeweiss. The initial taste is slightly sweet followed by a refreshing acidity. Flavours follow on from the aromas with complex yet mild banana, caramel and toast.

Pours hazy, amber color, nice head and lacing. Spicy and yeasty aroma, same in taste. Medium carbonation, nice sourness and a little bitterness on finish. Very drinkable and different than ordinary weizen.

Darkish brown color with a brownish foam head. The smell has a little banana and a lot of yeasty wheat smell. The taste is a little heavy and darkish wheaty and yeasty. A little note of banana and hints of licorice. Smooth mouth feeling with a calm aftertaste.

Murky amber with lasting head, nice carbonation. A: predominantly Pilsener malts mixed with apple pulp, apple juice, grains, and a note of apricot. Some faint yeast notes. T: fresh beginning which is swiftly followed by a wheaty apple juice taste. Medium bodied, medium crispiness. Development is slightly sour and sweet from the apple notes, faint hint of almonds. Aftertaste starts a bit dry and a bit sticky, slowly a wheaty apple juice flavor returns. Fruity variation on the Weizen style.
