500ml bottle pours clear amber with 2 finger head. Nose is toasted sweet malt caramel, crust, light orange and spice. Taste is somewhat slick on palate, sweet, toasted nutty caramel, round soft cherry malt fruit, orange, bread. Finishes with some fruity malt, bitter citrus, bread, toast, caramel. Maybe this bottle is very old because I am getting almost zero hop presence and basically all sticky sweet malt toast.

Hazy amber with substantial head. Very hoppy and fruity aromas (maybe pear?) for a weizenbock, with some solid yeasty notes too. Really hoppy and fruity taste too - orange, tangerine, kiwifruit, honeydew melon, banana esters. It’s actually kinda like drinking a fruit salad that’s been spiked with alcohol. Interesting, original and quite tasty.

Golden, cloudy apperance, generally great looking. Nice aroma, but no banana or clove, strong citrus. Heavy sweet and to spicy,

Fresh bottle (May 2015). Pale-Orange, hazy, big white head. Pineapple, Mango and some citrusaromas. Very hoppy and fruity. Lots of fruit in taste aswelll. No typical weissbier(-bock) flavors, more bitterness, big hopcharacter. Pretty good.

UPDATED: AUG 16, 2015 Aromat to typowe koźlakowe nuty (rodzynki, skórka chleba), połączone z rześkością chmieli i alkoholowymi wtrętami. Wygląd przeciętny - mętna pszenica, mierna piana, dużo drożdżowych paprochów. W smaku najpierw koźlakowo, później następuje nowofalowy chmielowy finisz, do tego lekkie, szlachetne procentowe grzanie. Szalenie ciekawa wariacja na temat koźlaka.

From the bottle marked 14:206-250914. Muddy olive-yellow pour with a huge head. Some yeast sediments. I wonder how old this bottle is. The aroma still has a fairly vibrant lemon pepper character with maybe some Allspice, nutmeg or even overripe fruit. Medium body. The taste has an obvious spiciness to it with the sweet malts way in the back. Belching up pepper notes at the end (sorry).

500ml Flasche. Orange und opalisierend. Feinporiger Schaum, der am Glas heften bleibt. Starke Citrusaromen. Sehr hopfig. Zarte Bitternote. Ausklingender Abgang, leicht säuerlich.

Quite different to the usual bread, banana and bubblegum weizen aromas. Quite hoppy nose, pine resin, concentrated pineapple and something medicinal/smoky. Flavour is similar with rich and creamy mouthfeel. Hoppiness doesn’t continue through to the aftertaste but has a long fruity finish which lingers for ages.

Draught (Schneider Weisses Brauhaus, Munich) - Hazy gold/amber with a small head. Hop resin, mango and pineapple in the aroma. Tangy, hoppy and moderately sweet taste with notes of peach, pineapple, grapefruit and mango. Delicious.
