Bottle. A hazy medium to dark blonde beer, with a huge, frothy, fully lasting white head. The aroma is lightly malty (toasted bread/grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (grapefruit, pine), lightly yeasty (dough), with notes of banana, soap, lemon, orange, alcohol, pepper. The flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, pretty long finish with moderate bitterness, lightly alcoholic, lightly artificial/unclean. Good, but it has some flaws. As for the plus, the poweful nose, and the beautiful head, as for the minus, a surprisingly thin mouthfeel, with a somewhat artificial aftertaste.

Bottle from the LCBO. Pours a very hazy yellow orange with a one finger white head that continues to cling to the glass. Nose is yeast, cloves, pepper and citrus. Taste is sweet and spicy but fortunately the cloves are not as evident in the taste as in the nose and the yeast is not overpowering either.. Mouth is slick and light with decent carbonation. Spice adds a nice variation to a typical Weisse.

Opaque, big and compact white head, longlasting. Very natural both in its earthy, straw, yeasty aromas and it’s perfectly balanced mouthfeel, with the typical banana, clove and bubblegum notes enriched with some spicy and floral hints. One of the best wheat beers I’ve ever tasted. Incredibly good.

Bottle at Wachi. Hoppy and wheaty, lots of grass and fruit, bit herbal too. Taste is good, again grassy, herbal, wheaty.

Cloudy yellow with a huge head, smell of alcohol and lemony banana, tastes more towards grassy citrus, with lots of wheaty bread, alcohol is noticable and it’s a bit too much all over the place. Carbonation is very small bubbles with a medium body.

Pour is hazed deep amber with a good bit of tight white head that lingers for quite some time. Nose is an interesting mix of sweet, spicy and tangy yeast. Lots of bubblegum, lemon, clove and pepper. Its very different, loads of bubblegum mix with the tangy yeast and pepper in back. Taste is much of the same, huge bubblegum up front, lots of sweetness with the yeast characteristics coming in at the back, more tangy with hints of pepper. Lighter body, moderate carbonation, and some lingering citrus hops through the finish.

Goudkleurig en licht nevelig, met een kleine witte kraag. Aroma is erg hoppig, wat direct in je neus springt. Verder honing, citrus. mout. Smaak is vooral zoet, met bittere ondertonen. Zacht, ondanks prettig prikkelend co2 achter in de mond. Medium tot volle body. Top!
