Pours cloudy straw with two fingers of rocky off-white head, good retention and lacing. (4/5) Nose is banana, cloves, yeast, oranges, mild resin. (8/10) Taste is moderate sweet, moderate bitter. (8/10) Medium bodied, moderate sustained carbonation and a mild bitter finish. (4/5) An interesting wheat beer, with lots of characteristic banana and cloves, underpinned by citrus and mild piney resin. The stronger flavours work well to support the higher ABV and prevent it from being intrusive. (16/20)

An old favourite of mine. A big chunky banana hop yeasty milk shake of a brew. Looks great in the glass with its special depth of murky weissen cloudiness. Big hoppy banana weisse-beer aroma...you know exactly what your going get, and then you get more. Despite the big ABV this feels like a beer you want to just scoff, and so you should. The taste is as full of rich flavour as it is ironically refreshing, which, combined with the sumptuous viscosity and depth for this style, lends itself to act like a siren beckoning the thirsty sailors onto the rocks. I would recommend this beer not be drunk at tastings. in order to fully appreciate its experience this ought indulged in; drink at least a whole bottle to yourself.

Cloudy, muddy yellow mustard with a cm of cream, medium-coarseness tan head that fades moderately slowly. Aroma is a bit sweet-sour, some lemon-orange, lavender, honey, hints of mango and pear. Body is oily and somewhat gritty, creamy, medium-light carbonation medium-light burn. moderate coarseness. Flavor is grassy bitterness, some wholesome semi-sweet wheat bread, touch of clove and grapefruit rind with a hint of guava and brown sugar. Good, but not quite up to par with my expectations of the brewer. Perhaps weizen beers are best without the American hops...

Zapach: owocowy, maliny, truskawki, w tle fenole, goździk.
Smak: zdecydowanie pełne, może nawet trochę zalepiające, dominują nuty owocowe, lekko winne, goryczka średnia do niskiej o przyprawowym charakterze.
wysycenie: średnie do wysokiego.

Bottle. Nice orange amber color. Hoppy aroma. Not much head on this one, minimal lacing. Strange beer -- very hoppy, very alcoholic. These aspects dominate and take away from the weisse except for a bit of banana sweetness. Not particularly balanced or smooth. Will get you drunk.

Super weizen. Świetny aromat, bardzo fajny wygląd i ekstra smak. Rześkie, lekkie i zdradliwe w swej mocy. Polecam!

Klasa.

UPDATED: FEB 17, 2015 [50cl thanks to ruigo] Very cloudy yellow/orange color. Nice and persistent head. Medium to low carbonation and creamy body. Aroma is very rich, strong to banana and yeast, also some notes from cloves, orange, apricot and grass. Taste is medium sweet, banana, peach, bread, cloves, cinnamon and some bitterness. Aftertaste is very long sweet and some bitter and spicy notes. Very complex weizen bock, but for me it’s little overrated.

Weird brown almost greenish cloudy colored beer with small foam head. The taste is insanely hoppy but still wheatish. This beer is a over powered flavorwise but still balances out somehow and works well together.
