4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Served in dimpled mug. Pours a cloudy orange. Sizable off-white head, with moderate lacing. Aroma of citrus (grapefruit and tangerine) with slight muskiness and mild alcohol. Excellent mouthfeel; effervescent with microbubbles of foamy head adding decisively to palate is primarily citrus, with tangerine flavor dominating. Lemon and white pepper in background, with minimal flavor of alcohol. A fine beer, and a credit to all parties involved.

Hazy amber with little white head. Aroma is light fruits, grass, citrus, floral hops. Taste is fresh sourness with mild bitterness and not much else. Body is full and the beer has a nice mouthfeel. Overall very good and very refreshing. The hoppiest Weizen I ever had.

Bottle LCBO: amber, hazy beer with small white /orange head. Bright aromas od tropical fruits- citrus and pineapple- with grassy hops and spice. Taste is similar with banana. Alcohol is remarkably hidden. Medium body with nice carbonation. Bitter finish. We’ll made and surprisingly refreshing. Drank it first game of Blue jays 2016 season. Everyone’s a winner today.

Clearish golden/orange color. High carbonation.. Intense aroma of root beer, apples, and bubblegum. Good balance of bitter, sweet, and sour. Tastes of caramel, bananas, herbal hops. Has too much alcohol flavor. It was good either way, but I wasn’t blown away.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours with a nice but quickly dissipating head, murky orange in color, smells of pineapple and other tropical fruits, banana, some of the alcohol coming through in the nose, or maybe those are the grassy/hoppy aromas? It’s well carbonated but full on the palate, the taste is thick, sweet, but with the hops cutting through with some fruit & citrus to balance it out. Overall - delicious!

Aroma of wonderful grassiness citrus. Cloudy orange body with quickly dissipating head. Strong lemony hop taste. Palate fizzy and fruity. Wonderful unique beer to savour. Would be great food pairing with bratwurst and other German fayre.
