4.2 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
I smell several fruits maybe rasberry, a little banana, wood. Taste is sweet and malty but fades into some fruity sourness, which is not my personal favourite taste but interesting. Aftertaste is quite winy and alcoholic. Reminds me a little of sherry. Very interesting beer; thanks to Esther from Bierland Hamburg

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Murky brown pour. Aromas of sour dark fruit with some subtle oakiness. Flavor is sour upfront with the malts and fruit characters coming through in the middle. The finish is slightly acidic with just a touch of oak character. Interesting beer, a bit more sour than I was expecting but still pretty good.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
750 ml bottle, thanks Timo A. Pours a dark amber brown colour with a small head. Aroma of wood, tartness, something buttery and malts. Very rich flavour of wheat, port wine, sweet caramel, rather strong sourness, strong tart wood, cherries, chocolate and some alcohol. Full bodied, thick mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Finishes warming and smooth. Quite extreme, but at the same time smooth and round. The barrel accompanies the flavour very nicely. A barrel aged weizenbock with some lambic-tartness in it. Have this if you have the chance.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
75 cl bottle @ Timo A.
Pours murky orange-brown color with a minimal head. Aroma is surprisingly sour and malty, a sour red/brown ale comes to mind first. Flavor is also sour and has lots of ripe sourish berries, toffee, yeast, mild malts and wooden, vinous and port notes, burgundy, oak, earthy notes, faint rose hip and rowan berries appear also. Something completely different, nothing I expected anyway. Very tasty still.

75cl bottle at home. Pale brown with a medium off-white head, which disappeared quickly. Medium to full body with lively carbonation. Sour with some sweet hints and definitely a sour finish. Berries, vinegar, herbs, spices and wood. An interesting beer, which get more complex every sip.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
bottle 0.75 bought at Kulovy Blesk. Hazy amber-bronw colour, mid-sized off-white to beige head. Sour aroma. Full-bodied, sour flaours dominate, fruity with caramel, chocolate. Woody flavours tune in. Not as expected, not like a Weizenbock at all, much more like a Sour Ale.
